Per the Deed Restrictions. Approval is needed prior repair or alteration to roofs.
Homeowners can request approval by:
- Email to HOA (timbercrestadmin@gmail.com) detailing plan to repair/replace/alter Roof
- HOA will confirm Roof plan and Shingle style and Color:
- color/style must match other new roof shingles in your cluster
- If your are first new roof in your cluster you must match the color of old as closely as possible.
- All others in your cluster must then match the color of the first new roof
